Patsy, master hand spinner, international lecturer and teacher, and author, has recently visited us with her husband Rich.
This was her fourth trip to New Zealand, and she was honoured to be the NZ National Wool Board teacher in 2013.
Having taught spinning and weaving for over 40 years in the states and abroad, Patsy enjoyed meeting other spinners at the Ashford Craft Shop in Ashburton, and the Canterbury Creative Fibre Guild in Christchurch.
She also enjoyed meeting past students and colleagues such as fellow “spinning guru” Margaret Stove.
